Scope and role of this website
These terms apply to the public pages, resources and contact features available on induscoat.com. The website presents the Induscoat brand, technologies, applications and regional routes for commercial enquiries.
Induscoat is based in Montréal, QC, Canada. This identifies the brand’s operating base and is not a complete legal or postal address.
The site does not identify itself as the contractual entity for every territory. If a discussion progresses, the relevant regional operator, supplier or contracting entity will be identified in the quotation, order acknowledgement, agreement or other transaction document.
No contract is formed through browsing or the email form
Browsing the site, downloading a public document or preparing a message through the contact form does not create a sale, distribution appointment, professional-services mandate, warranty or other contract. The contact form prepares an email in your own email application; a message is transmitted only if you choose to send it.
A commercial or technical commitment exists only when it is expressly confirmed by an authorized party in an applicable quotation, order acknowledgement, signed agreement or equivalent document. Website availability, receipt of an email and response times are not guaranteed, and the contact channel must not be used for emergencies or safety-critical instructions.
Technical information requires project-specific validation
Descriptions, selection guidance, performance ranges, application examples and illustrations are provided for initial orientation. Actual results depend on the product grade, batch, substrate, geometry, preparation, installation, cure, operating environment and inspection regime.
Before specifying, purchasing or installing a solution, a competent person must assess the actual service conditions and consult the current documents supplied for the selected product.
- Abrasion, impact, pressure, temperature and thermal cycling
- Chemical exposure, concentration, immersion and cleaning media
- Substrate condition, geometry, tolerances and surface preparation
- Installation method, cure conditions, inspection and quality control
- Applicable health, safety, environmental and industry requirements
- Current technical data sheet, safety data sheet, drawing and written quotation
Permitted use
You may view the site and retain reasonable copies of public pages or downloads for personal use, internal business evaluation, procurement review or discussion with your professional advisers. Copyright, trademark and attribution notices must remain intact.
This limited permission does not transfer ownership, authorize resale of content or grant a licence to use any name, logo, product designation, photograph, drawing, database or other protected element beyond that purpose.
Prohibited use
You must use the site lawfully and in a manner that does not impair its security, availability or the rights of others.
- Attempting unauthorized access, security testing or circumvention without prior written authorization
- Introducing malware, malicious code, abusive traffic or material intended to disrupt the service
- Using automated extraction in a way that ignores published controls, overloads the site or republishes a substantial part of it
- Removing rights notices or presenting website content, documents or branding as your own or as an endorsement
- Impersonating another person, submitting unlawful material or using the site for fraud, harassment or deception
- Using technical content to make unsafe claims or instructions that have not been validated for the actual application
Intellectual property and identified third-party rights
The site’s original text, layout, graphics, photographs, product designations, trademarks, downloadable documents and software may be protected by copyright, trademark, design, database or other intellectual-property rights. Those rights belong to the applicable rights holder, which may be an Induscoat operator, a licensor, a manufacturer, a partner or another identified third party.
No right is granted by implication. You may not use a logo or trademark, reproduce protected material outside the permitted use above, create a misleading derivative document or suggest sponsorship, certification or affiliation without the relevant rights holder’s prior authorization.
Downloads, data sheets and document versions
A downloadable file may be revised, replaced or withdrawn as products and requirements evolve. Check its product reference, language, revision date and intended territory before relying on it. A locally saved or printed copy may no longer be current.
Do not alter a document and present it as official. Labels, safety information, technical data, approved drawings and instructions supplied with or specifically for the purchased product must be followed. If documents conflict or a current edition cannot be confirmed, request clarification before use.
Information, drawings and other materials you submit
You must have the right to share any message, drawing, photograph, specification or other material you send. By sending it, you authorize its use by the relevant Induscoat contact, regional operator and necessary service providers only to review the enquiry, communicate with you, prepare a response or quotation and, if agreed, support the project.
Do not send trade secrets, export-controlled information, credentials, special-category personal data or other highly sensitive material through an ordinary email channel unless suitable confidentiality and transfer arrangements have first been agreed. An unsolicited message does not by itself create a confidentiality obligation beyond duties imposed by applicable law or an existing written agreement.
Third-party websites and resources
Links to manufacturers, partners, regulators, standards bodies or other external resources are provided for context or convenience. Their presence does not mean that Induscoat controls, guarantees or endorses every statement, product, security practice or privacy practice on the destination site.
External services operate under their own terms and policies. Check the destination and its current documents before providing information, downloading a file or acting on its content.
Availability, security and site changes
Reasonable efforts may be made to keep the site accurate and available, but uninterrupted, error-free or vulnerability-free operation is not promised. Access may be limited and content may be corrected, reorganized, suspended or withdrawn for maintenance, security, legal, product or business reasons.
You are responsible for using an appropriate device, browser and protective measures, and for retaining any records required for your own business. The website is not a document-retention, monitoring, alarm or emergency-response service.
Warranties and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the public website and its general content are provided on an “as available” basis without a promise that they are complete, current, uninterrupted or fit for a particular project. Technical suitability and any product or service warranty are determined only by the documents applicable to the confirmed transaction.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the relevant website operator is not responsible for loss caused solely by use of, inability to use or reliance on general website content where project-specific validation was required. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, remedies, statutory warranties or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability that applicable law preserves for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be revised when the website, applicable requirements or operating model changes. The review date shown at the top identifies the published version. Material revisions will be reflected on this page and apply prospectively to later website use.
A website update does not retroactively change an accepted quotation, confirmed order or signed agreement, and continued browsing does not waive rights that applicable law makes mandatory. If a revision materially affects how you intend to use the site, review it before continuing that activity.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
Because this global site routes enquiries to different regional operators, these website terms do not invent a single contracting entity, governing law or court for every visitor. The law and forum applicable to a commercial transaction are identified in its quotation, order or agreement, subject to any mandatory rules that apply.
For website-only issues, applicable law and jurisdiction depend on the responsible operator, the user’s location, the nature of the issue and any non-waivable legal rules. This section does not deprive a person of mandatory consumer, privacy, accessibility or other statutory protections.
Severability, waiver and relationship with other documents
If a provision cannot be enforced in a particular context, it is limited or removed only to the minimum extent required; the remaining provisions continue where legally possible. A failure to enforce a provision is not a permanent waiver of it.
These terms govern use of the website only. The Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy govern the relevant data practices, while a confirmed commercial relationship is governed by its own documents. In a conflict, the more specific valid document controls its subject matter.
Questions about these terms
For a question about these terms, a document version or the appropriate regional contact, write to contact@induscoat.com. Include the page or document concerned and enough context to route the request; do not include unnecessary confidential or sensitive information.
